RETURNS, CLAIMS, AND REFUNDS POLICY

FR Import Ven C.A. operates under an international corporate structure backed by RBF Solutions LLC, a company incorporated in the United States of America with headquarters in Miami, Florida, under commercial and operational standards applicable to import services, international logistics, and cross-border e-commerce.
Under this operating model, the De Todito Vzla digital platform functions as a formal e-commerce channel, through which international purchase orders, payments in foreign currency or local currency, logistics consolidation, and delivery within Venezuela are managed.

By contracting the services of FR Import Ven C.A., the client expressly accepts the following conditions:

Legal Nature of the Service

FR Import Ven C.A. FR Import Ven C.A. provides international trade intermediation and logistics management services, including:

  • Processing orders on international marketplaces.
  • Processing payments on foreign platforms.
  • Coordinating consolidation and international shipping.
  • Customs clearance and delivery in Venezuela.

FR Import Ven C.A. does not act as the manufacturer, official distributor, or direct guarantor of products purchased from third-party stores.

Origin and Warranty Policy

Products purchased through our platform are subject to:

  • The policies of the original international supplier.
  • The manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
  • Applicable cross-border e-commerce regulations.

FR Import Ven C.A. acts as a claims manager with the supplier, but not as the direct issuer of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Claims

Claims will only be accepted when:

  • There is a verifiable factory defect.
  • The product received does not correspond to the confirmed order.
  • Damage attributable to international shipping must be duly documented.

The claim must be reported within the first 24 hours after delivery, accompanied by verifiable audiovisual evidence.

Ineligible Cases for Returns

Returns or refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

  • Customer error in selecting size, model, technical specifications, or compatibility.
  • Changes of preference after order confirmation.
  • Delays resulting from customs processes or regulatory controls.
  • Used, tampered, or unpackaged products.
  • Products purchased as part of a sale, clearance, or final sale.

Refund Procedure

If the international supplier approves the claim:

  • The refund will be issued in local currency, calculated at the exchange rate in effect at the time of the actual return.
  • International logistics costs, bank fees, and administrative expenses are non-refundable. • The estimated processing time may range from 15 to 45 business days, depending on the supplier and applicable jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

FR Import Ven C.A. and RBF Soluxions LLC will not be liable for:

  • Variations in color, texture, or appearance attributable to manufacturing differences.
  • Technical incompatibilities not previously verified by the customer.
  • Customs delays due to special regulations.
  • Force majeure, acts of God, or government regulations.

Contractual Acceptance

By placing an order through De Todito Vzla, the customer declares having read, understood, and fully accepted this policy, which forms a binding part of the business relationship.
